    Ashley is an awesome seasoned teacher! Friendly and knowledgeable. I’m newish to barre after an injury and she was great with form cues and options. Nice front desk staff/owner who helped me with my socks purchase. Pretty studio too but the sun was blaring on me mid-afternoon. No one’s fault, I’ll just have to wear SPF to class. I’ll be back! #classpassinsider

    Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

    Classic (50 Mins)

    This class was 5-10x harder than all other teachers. I’ve taken pure barre since 2016. I have had the “shakes” in months or years. I come 2-3x week with a variety of teachers but first time with Matty. He used unique movies but also classic poses. There’s something to be said about doing moves for longer to create the shakes which I haven’t seen teachers do in a long time. I was actually sore from this class.

    Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.
