see all reviewsThis was my first time at this studio! I really enjoyed this class, I loved that it was small in size and the workout was perfectly challenging. Lauren is very friendly and warm as an instructor as well. Bummed classpass users only get to take 2 classes. It would also be helpful to add more instruction on check in process.

see all reviewsSpiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.
