see all reviewsHarold is great. He works on your form and he is Southpaw / left handed friendly, giving instructions that are clear for both southpaw and orthodox (other instructors may just tell the left-handed people to “just do the opposite”). Love his classes.

see all reviewsChallenging and intense workout from a LEGIT boxer. Isaac is great. This class is probably better for those with just a little previous boxing experience, but not too much needed. Just having some knowledge of basics would likely help optimize the time and experience given the drills. Basically, the class is EXCELLENT for those novice level and up folks, who are just looking for more boxing-specific training and conditioning. It’s just a hobby for me and a way to exercise while doing something fun and constantly learning something new and honing skills.

see all reviewsThank you for the fun class and very valuable skills! The instructors were very welcoming and performed a lot of cool demonstrations. They taught all skill levels simultaneously and I learned a lot as an absolute beginner. We went over basic escape maneuvers, elbows, and kicks after a thorough warm-up, and the focus of the class was to commit some essential moves to muscle memory. My favorite aspect is watching the instructors interact with each other and with the students. They have a lot of passion for their art and it inspires me to consider getting into martial arts as a hobby.
