    The 9's

First time at F45 and I loved it! This class was a Friday hybrid workout called The 9s, and I really enjoyed the format. The instructors were great at giving mods when needed, like for my muscle fatigue at the end 😅 This was the type of workout that “hurt so good” — I’ll definitely be back!

    GROUP BOXING CLASS

Super solid class. It was my first time in years doing a boxing class and the class members and instructors made me feel at home. 1 hour long class, mix of bag work and work with instructor plus cardio / hit. You will get a tough and good workout in. Will be back

Great workout! I love the setup and the fact that you can just jump in every 10 min (for a 40 min workout). So clever!

This is one of those classes that will have you breathless and potentially cursing during but also will have you leaving feeling empowered. John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish. This will definitely be a staple for me moving forward.

I’ve been to probably 50 Barry’s classes and this is the best instructor I’ve ever had. Scott’s energy and positivity was quite literally radiating. Plus, we got a killer workout. Amazing.

Kicked my butt but was so much fun! Paul was such a good instructor and really built confidence in those of us who were there for the first time. Would be fun to see any improvements as I go to more classes, will definitely be back!

    M45 Undefeated

I was first nervous since it was my first class and have only done one boxing class which was 4 years ago, but Julian made me feel super comfortable. He just told us to hit something and I felt it was a no fail class which who wouldn’t love. Julian walked around and made corrections for each of us. He knew exactly what each of us needed assistance with. Julian also called over everybody who was new after class, spent time talking to us, and getting to know our workouts outside of Mayweather. It was a great experience!

Lillian was so fun and wholesome! Think it would help if individuals had some prior yoga knowledge going into the class but can also just follow along by looking around you and getting help from the instructor. Crunch does provide free yoga mats so don’t need to bring your own :)
