I loved the different parts of the class, first the meditation, then the shaking (which was really fun) and the form. It felt like my soul was tingling and I definitely felt energy moving a lot! see all reviewsToo good to miss. I normally don’t focus on music but I really love the music. It’s such a mood. One breath, one movement, after a long work day my brain glitches and I blanks, or maybe I didn’t pay attention cause who really wants to think hard after a work day (lol). I was mid-movement trying to decide if it was this or that. I wanted to laugh, cause I felt so much peace. I’m usually a neurotic perfectionist, but gave myself space to practice. Tonight’s practice was so beautiful and Sara is absolutely awesome. ♥️♥️♥️

see all reviewsAesthetically pleasing and clean studio. This was a very relaxing class. The instructor was kind and gave pretty clear instructions. I took this class after a series of strength training classes and it really helped me. Some of the poses like getting your legs to go behind your ears while lying down, sarvangasana if I am not mistaken are still a long way away for a beginner like me. But I think you can do variations of it and it’s still pretty beneficial. Loved the vibe and music.
