see all reviewsOverall really bad. First 30+min was done under a scratchy towel and was basically just her pushing down on me. Second half felt like someone just putting lotion on. Table was really rickety and rocked the whole time. She kept scratching me with her nails. Not an actual deep tissue.

My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!

I also tried the Salt Cave massage chair. I think the massage was a little too rough for me. I should have asked how to adjust the controls. I would definitely go back to try other services.
