This class was fantastic. Both challenging and relaxing. It was an emotional day for many of us in the room after the SCOTUS decision and Mark managed to make the class both joyful and empowering. Definitely recommend!

Great class, from the instructors energy to the pleasant people in the class who helped me setup. I really appreciated the hospitality and the class was good, a good burn for the muscles

Great workout!! The instructors took the time to show me proper warm-up stretches and basic techniques. The group cool-down stretching at the end was much appreciated.

    Aikido General

My first time trying Aikido! It was very much out of my comfort zone, but it ended up being a lot of fun and learning different techniques. Bryan was very informative and went slow with me. The other students were very helpful. I will be back to learn more!
