see all reviewsThe space is nice. But not a class for beginners or overweight people. Modifications are given, but still not beginner level modifications. At one point you are balancing all your weight on one knee for extended periods. If you are in shape or at least intermediate level then I would recommend this class. Instructor and staff are very nice and make you feel welcome.
