    Inferno Hot Pilates 60

This was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!

    AIR® Foundation (beg/int aerial fitness)

Fun different class You do a lot of the usual workout moves (squats, planks, leg and booty work, but using the silks for either support or resistance. I didnt love the inverted moves (inverted crunches) but was something different to do.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

I haven’t sweat so much in a class in months! Amazing workout! That being said — if you’re new to Core Power just know that “Yoga Sculpt” class is more of a boot camp workout. Not really yoga. They didn’t have any description on ClassPass. Great workout but I had no idea!

    Bar Method

Really great workout with plenty of modifications to make it more challenging. I really appreciated the form corrections since I instantly felt the difference when my back was straighter or told to lift my heels a little higher. Good shake and good burn.

Love! The instructor, Tiff, was generous in helping a very stiff newbie find the right positions in this class. The instructors/team as well as the other attendees were very welcoming. I’ll be back!

INTRO TO POLE FLOW AND YOGA

Supper cool instructor! Very chill and nice environment for both yoga and pore dance! First pore dance class here! Champagne in the end is also surprising and satisfying! Only sad thing is there’s no showering place there, which doesn’t match the profile.
