It was my first time and I was in the back where it was a little hard to hear the instructor over the music but you’re still able to see her form in the mirrors if you’re uncertain. The space was clean and everyone was nice. I’ll be back for more joyful playful movement although I wouldn’t classify it as a strenuous exercise class more so stretching and vibing.
