see all reviewsThe instructor was very open and explained everything well. He asked me about my goals and taught me some basic techniques and how theyre important. There were two other adult woman whose kids/grandkids do Shaolin there. I recommend this for anyone wanting a very slow pace and smaller group. It might be too slow for some. He taught me some massage techniques that were new to me and I really like. I like how this had an eastern-centric focus to yoga techniques. I feel like most yoga places are very westernized. I usually like a faster pace but i appreciate my experience here and might come back if i want to really slow down and recenter.
