    Much more challenging than other Pilates style classes in the area! Which I was happy about. My legs were shaking the entire time. The instructor does not demonstrate, so since it was my first time, I found myself looking around to see what everyone else was doing. But the girl next to me was often taking breaks or doing her own thing, so I didn't really have anyone to model after.

    Great class; very different from a typical pilates reformer class. Loved the focus on glutes, and it was refreshing not to feel like we were being rushed to cover every single muscle zone. LOVED that she incorporated stretching into the class -- so important!! My one complaint is that the studio was ridiculously hot...can you guys please turn the AC up?? We're here for pilates, not hot yoga.

    This is probably the first Pilates style class that I actually felt like i got a good workout from! Normally these types of classes wear out my muscles, but I dont feel like I burn any calories. This class had me dripping sweat! Kendall was great! It took me some time to get the hang of some of the moves but I think Ill be better next time.

    This is a great combo class! i never feel like just the reformer is wnough so adding the woodwards is a great addition! Althouggh, I wish the inatructor would've yelled at us more on the treds. it causes people to slack when you're not paying attention to them. but I do know it's hard to instruct the reformers and treds at the same time.

    Love it when the instructor asks for requests before class begins! Whitney also had some creative twists on standard exercises that I really enjoyed and seemed very effective. Spring strengths for leg exercises for once seemed appropriate (they usually seem too heavy to even be functional). Also loved that she covered abs from top to bottom rather than just focusing on lower abs, which seems to happen in a lot of pilates classes. Great class!

    Tower Pilates

    Was curious to try a new studio and tower Pilates, wasnt sure what to expect since Ive only been to the popular studios with the reformer - this was quite different and GREAT! She just opened her private studio to ClassPass last week, so I happened to be the only student and essentially had a private lesson. The exercises are all very traditional and the owner was very patient and great with adjustments! I feel this workout in my body more than any other classes I have taken! I hope to make it back soon!
