I’m new to barre, so I’m not familiar with the terminology but Chariese demonstrates each exercise which makes it easy to follow! During one of the classes, we used a resistance band and that was a good sweat but enjoyable :)

I loved the stretches incorporated and also the dance style steps, that I am super happy to have the chance to learn while gently working out. plenty energy but not overwhelming at all, especially for a first timer.
