Great music choices that kept me bopping throughout class. Well paced and sequenced. Heat is nice without being overpowering. Instructor gave grounded and confident cues while leaving room for everyone to choose the route that feels best in our bodies. Felt awesome.

Great class, strong coach Elena. This was basically CrossFit meets speedy yoga without the CF Olympic lifts. Elena explained the moves and scaling options and coached throughout the workout. It’s as hard as you want to make it based on weights chosen and effort given. A strong and unique choice to mix it up.

    Asana and Meditation

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this class. Chris creates a very mindful practice, connected to breath and intention. The 40-minute asana portion was more difficult than expected, mostly because of the strength needed to hold each posture. And 20-ish minutes for more stillness and meditative practice was a lovely way to start the day. I'll be back.

Love MN yoga. I would contribute to a goFundMe campaign for the locker rooms. Don’t need much. Kill the junior high phys Ed / lockers, a little color - that room bums me out or reminds me of school- same thing. Love the place as a whole though. Chris O!

I don't do as much yoga as I should and I've really been feeling out of balance lately so I finally sucked it up and went to this class. don't get me wrong,I always enjoy the classes and feel better when I'm done but I gravitate more towards faster paced stuff. anyway this class was the perfect level for my awkward yogi self. the instructor was fantastic. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the girl listed,I think her name was Keelan - and I'm sure that's spelled wrong. great experience that reenforced my desire to do more yoga

    Boxing/Group Training

I hadn’t been boxing in years and this was the perfect reintroduction. With both wraps and gloves for you to borrow, as well as class limits and free street parking, this is an awesome workout option. The class is a combo of shadow/bag work and strength/conditioning. During the bag work, Heidi came around and gave critiques on form which I definitely needed and were appreciated (very rusty!). It may be a little challenging if you’ve never boxed before, but doable. I will certainly be back anytime I’m free during one of Heidi’s classes. So great to explore another type of fitness.
