see all reviewsNeil and everyone (employed or a member) at this studio are so kind and full of joy. It is contagious. This sculpt class is a great Saturday morning work out. I always leave feeling strong and ready to seize the day ; ). I really appreciate the complimentary sweat towels, mat wipes and water bottle station. Sometimes the little things really add up and make the experience too - thanks for the towel fan while in shavasana!!

see all reviewsClass was great! Instructor was very nice and they had free mats. The space is stunning, but there’s not a lot of light from the window and there’s no mirrors to check your form. The class was very relaxed and slow paced. KJ provided plenty of modifications for moves which makes this class really good for beginners.

see all reviewsGood class! Instructor was very welcoming and helped adjust bike hike perfectly for me as a first timer. I liked how she demoed the moves and the disco lights added such a fun vibe to the basement atmosphere. The class size was small which was excellent. There’s also a fun app to connect to when biking to track yourself!

see all reviewsA good-intensity muscle workout with Yoga practice at the beginning and at the end, which felt like such a great combination. With pilates, barre classes, I normally have the need to gently checkin with myself by adding some extra yoga time at home. In that regard, this class feels complete and balanced in itself :) the instructor was so cheerful and encouraging! Excitement and calmness both achieved!

see all reviewsA little bit unorganized for the first time being there. Door was locked when I showed up 15 minutes before, as asked. Wasn’t greeted by the instructor when I came in. Wasn’t instructed where to go or what equipment was needed. Class itself was good though once it got rolling.

see all reviewsThe instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!

see all reviewsSonya was a great instructor. She gave muscle cues throughout, which not every instructor does and I really appreciate the class wasn't as heated as I would've liked.– It felt more just like a heated C1 class at CorePower. I must have misread the class. I was hoping for a hot yoga class.

see all reviewsIt was a great class! The studio was well heated and it had me SWEATING. I was dripping from my forehead to my mat. The music was very upbeat and loud, it made it difficult to hear the instructor. The moves were basic but being in the heated environment made it a million times harder and had my heart rate up. There was a cardio and strength section which I liked for getting my heart rate up. Studio was very clean and modern, and Sarah was super friendly!
