You alternate between a minute on the bike and a minute doing an exercise of some sort - typically strength but ranges from deadlifts to burpees to kettleball swings. It does take a bit of time to figure out what station you’re rotating to (and the switch time reminds me of a bee hive) but overall it’s a super efficient and effective workout that works well for my ADHD! Love to incorporate it into my schedule.

Great environment and very supportive people as well. A few people notice it might’ve been my first time and assisted me the entire time. VERY sweet and welcoming environment. I would also it’s very diverse. You have people of all ages, shapes/sizes, and backgrounds.

see all reviewsJess was great. MTTHF are strength days, W/Sa are HIIT days. It’s in the los campeones NE gym. Ample free parking out front. I went on a Wednesday and it was tough. Burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges. Definitely got my heart rate up! I’ll be back again, likely on the HIIT days as that’s more my style of class. Jess was also awesome, corrected form despite there being a lot of people in the class and stayed on top of the timer. Her music selection was also stellar!! #classpassinsider

It’s a little challenging BUT it’s not unobtainable. It’s accessible you just have to truly put in the work to reap the benefits. I really like the theme of having red lights, it makes you feel a little more isolated and not feel like all eyes are on you when it’s fluorescent lighting. I think the red light makes you feel more energetic and more likely to push yourself a little harder.
