Not as much cardio as I’m used to during past classes but my abs are definitely going to be feeling it and nice to change it up. Will be back!

With both wraps and gloves for you to borrow, as well as class limits and free street parking, this is an awesome workout option. The class is a combo of shadow/bag work and strength/conditioning. During the bag work, Heidi came around and gave critiques on form which I definitely needed and were appreciated (very rusty!). It may be a little challenging if you’ve never boxed before, but doable. I will certainly be back anytime I’m free during one of Heidi’s classes. So great to explore another type of fitness.
