Lisa was a great instructor, using proper anatomy terms, providing options for alternative poses, and hands on corrections that never made me feel called out. Lisa made sure to get an understanding of everyone's previous experiences with pilates and injuries before getting the class started. Would definitely come back!

I loved how intense it felt—my legs were literally shaking, which made me feel like I was really working every muscle. The instructor was great, and the energy in the class kept me motivated the whole time. I’m so glad I tried it and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was calming, the lighting set the mood perfectly, and the flow of the class felt very intentional and relaxing. I really loved the focus on movement and how it allowed me to connect with my body in a different way. It wasn’t rushed or overwhelming—just a peaceful, grounding experience. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for something calming and different from a typical workout.
