Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

see all reviewsIt was a fantastic workout. We did a series of strength exercises, compound exercises, and HIIT for the full body. It challenged me but was definitely doable. The trainer/manager, Damien, was personable, motivating and knowledgeable. He clearly knows a lot about exercise and answered many of my questions. I also appreciated how accommodating he was to my schedule. The place is incredibly clean and organized and offers several amenities such as a shower and even things like a body spray and a brush for after the exercise. I really loved my experience and would love to come back!
