    Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

True low impact cardio Pilates class. You’ll get a great workout if you do what he says!! Best to have some knowledge of Pilates beforehand altho I believe this was a class at the end of a cycle of classes (so assumed knowledge of proper positioning, altho there was also instruction). Only wish he didn’t say Last rep for many of the non-last reps lol. Would definitely return

    Mellow Hum

Very out-of-this-world, trippy, relaxing, fun, inclusive. Not yoga in the sense I’m most familiar, but extremely welcome in my weekly practice. A wonderful facility — you forget you’re in the middle of the city. Great instructor as well!

Really great class. Ariadna is awesome, she gives everyone pointers and I really appreciated her encouragement to try new poses and her adjustments. Challenging class but I really enjoyed it. Will be back

    Hot Interval Training (HIIT 60)

Eric has great energy! The space is nice and welcoming, I like the cushioned floors and effective yet low impact exercises. Class was challenging and fun. The heat was a lot for me (heat is higher than Y7 yoga), so I’ll probably save this for a cold day/winter. Make sure to also hydrate!

    ALO YOGA FLOW

I really liked the structure of this class: two sequences, 3x each, last round on own, and then time for arm balances. Great instructor! I wish it was more clear and they keep the windows open which is nice but difficult when it’s hot.

I love Ellen’s classes. She creates such a nice mood with the music, lighting, and her gentle voice guiding your movement. Sometimes it’s just what I need, and I feel leaving refreshed. Good workout , but don’t expect a high intensity super sweaty pilates class.
