see all reviewsEric has great energy! The space is nice and welcoming, I like the cushioned floors and effective yet low impact exercises. Class was challenging and fun. The heat was a lot for me (heat is higher than Y7 yoga), so I’ll probably save this for a cold day/winter. Make sure to also hydrate!

see all reviewsI love Ellen’s classes. She creates such a nice mood with the music, lighting, and her gentle voice guiding your movement. Sometimes it’s just what I need, and I feel leaving refreshed. Good workout , but don’t expect a high intensity super sweaty pilates class.
