see all reviewsFirst class with Coach Matt! He’s so funny but don’t let that fool you because he puts you to werkkkk. Tried the newest CAKE class, I’ll for sure be sore for a few days. A mix of weights, abs, and plenty of glute focused exercises to tone and strengthen your backside 😂 Oh and the music selection was the hilarious cherry on top. Community is always wonderful as well!

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again.
