see all reviewsI don't even know where to begin with this review. when I started my yoga journey I was very intimidated and scared to attend a class. I remember one morning going in Lucie's class in Mimi's at Wynwood and I felt at ease. Like I could practice with someone who who pushed me, but in gentle way. That yes I could do hard things under this heat lol. she's always so sweet to everyone on and off the mat she's a lovely person. It feels like just yesterday I started this scary yoga journey and here I am strong and always pushing myself a little more because of people like Lucie. I'll miss her tons, but excited to see when she's back to take her classes. Love her and classes so much. š§āāļø š

see all reviewsFor a community yoga practice this was fire! š„ Kency was superb. She guided us on a nice flow into the yin portion which was really healing. She gives great adjustments and verbal cues to get you into your place. Also the practice room is spacious and bright. Very cool studio!

With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susieās guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. My hips and back needed this class more than I knew. Thank you Susie!!! ā¤ļø

The vinyasa sequence was beautiful and perfectly paced, the teacher was amazing, inspiring and genuinely welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm already planning to come back next time I'm in Miami Beach.
