I feel very supported by Gyan also because he cares about correct form and has no problem coaching you through a movement if he can tell you’re off.

She was an awesome instructor that kept circling back to give assistance. The other attendees were also just a nice and at all different skill sets so I didn’t feel intimidated. There is partner work, and my partner was super kind and patient with me while I was learning. Perfect way to ease into kickboxing and get a great workout!!

I was disappointed as the instructors seemed like very new and also you could read about them on their website. Now I decided to give mother try with ClassPass and I really liked the instructors and she seemed very experienced. I only wish this studio provided 0800 pm hot yoga or higher power yoga instead of relaxation yoga only.
