see all reviewsIt’s a very fast paced cardio class. I had some trouble keeping up and felt a little silly being a step behind for most of the moves but I definitely got a great workout. My whole body is feeling it. I think this is a class you have to give a few attempts at but it’s choreographed so once you know the moves I’m sure it’s a super fun class. The teacher brought great energy and the music made you wanna move.
