    MOVE - Cardio Fuse (Non-Heated)

    It’s kind of a dance kickboxing style cardio class and I was a step behind and felt a little silly during most of the class but it distracted me and kept me going and by the end, I felt like I had gotten a great full body workout and my watch said I burned over 500 calories so I’ll definitely be doing that again. The instructor is awesome at keeping you going and brings a lot of positive energy to the group.
