    Vinyasa | All Levels

Not for beginners. Dina did a great job of leading the class into a strong Vinyasa flow. She offered verbal cues to ensure correct form, and she periodically checked on students forms. The class moves very quickly however, and most poses were described by their Sanskrit Asana names, so at least some previous Vinyasa practice is highly recommended.

    YOGA FLOW. Vaccination Required

This is almost a restorative class, long stretches and gentle strengthening holds- it’s relaxing but not the workout I was hoping for. Great instructor though! Feel great after class

Ivana had amazing energy, clear instructions and a challenging yet manageable pace throughout the class. I liked that she kept up with all the exercises instead of just demonstrating the moves. In between, she still checked in with individuals that needed extra TLC. Two thumbs up !!

Keith goes around the stations to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The exercises are challenging and the class works the whole body. Very good workout. You do an exercise for a minute and switch, and you can do as fast or as slow as you'd like based on your level and needs
