    Vinyasa Flow

Here's a polished review you could post: It was my first time attending a class at Estuary Yoga, and I’m so happy with my experience. The studio is comfortable, welcoming, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. It was lovely to see some dogs peacefully relaxing in the space - they added to the calm environment without any noise or disruption. Bec was a fantastic instructor, making the class enjoyable and easy to follow. The session started right on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jessie was so wonderful and I felt welcome and calm as soon as I met her. The head massage at the end of the class was the cherry on top 😊 Thank you Jessie

    YIN Yoga

Great classes, recommend the duo, finishing with yin. Chrissy is a great teacher, with a more classic style that is much appreciated, and also optionally pushes you gently to challenge your limits.

    MEDITATE

The meditation itself was deeply grounding, calming, and thoughtfully guided from start to finish. One thing to note is that participants can bring their own sheet and blanket, which I actually found added a lovely personal touch and made the experience feel even more homely and comforting. If you prefer not to bring your own, the centre also provides everything you need. A real highlight was the beautiful finishing ritual. Lam applied a “True Self” essential oil to our wrists and finished with a gentle head massage, which felt incredibly nurturing and left me feeling relaxed and centred. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and well cared for. Highly recommend.
