    Wow, fine stars for the MVMT Studio! The space is bright, open, and welcoming with top-quality equipment and immaculate cleanliness. The class was a small group setting that felt more like personalized training than any other group session I've attended. The location was super convenient with parking right or front, St Martin’s for a coffee just across the road, and Gardenvale station only minutes away. Kari, my trainer, brought energy and expert guidance that kept me motivated throughout. Highly recommended! I didn't use it this time, but appreciated that there is a shower to use after the workout if needed. Absolutely be going back, thanks Kari!

    PLEASE NOTE that the linked map address is incorrect, and the listed address does not exist on Apple Maps. The car park is shared with Altona Meadows Library, so head there and you will be able to find it much easier than I did! Since it was my first time attending this gym, it was unusual to not be greeted and introduced to the instructor or the space. I also wasn’t asked about my experience with pilates, which is something that I have come to expect when trying new venues. The class content was good, and I worked up a bit of a sweat. The instructor participated in the workout rather than supervising, which I found unusual because there was no way to monitor how everyone was doing, or offer critiques or assistance. Very minimal instruction, with no mention of the muscle groups that should be engaged. Also no additional commentary, motivation, explanation, countdowns etc like most classes that I have attended (due to the instructor participating in the class). Not a bad thing if you like a calmer environment for your workouts, but not something that I am used to. It was also odd to me that the class was held in the middle of an open gym, with members coming and going throughout. Overall a good workout and a friendly instructor, just a very different vibe than I’m used to.
