The sauna temperature was perfect, and the attention to detail made the whole experience very comfortable. Being able to connect my phone via Bluetooth and enjoy my own music while relaxing in the sauna was a highlight. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My therapist took the time to really work into every single knot in my upper back — no rushing, just careful, focused pressure exactly where I needed it. I walked out feeling lighter than I have in ages. I also tried the HydroFacial while I was there, and my skin looked brighter immediately afterward — such a nice glow.
