see all reviewsI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!

see all reviewsI dont know what some reviews are talking about it not being hot enough… this sauna got super super hot!! It was quick easy and clean. Only complaint is I wish the sauna itself was a little bit bigger. They provided 1 body towel and a cold hand towel. Will be back!
