see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class for my rest day. It’s definitely low intensity but you feel the burn especially in legs. Instructor was strict on form (which I don’t mind at all! She was also very encouraging and would let you know when you’re going a good job—that balance matters!). I felt really comfortable in the class & got a good workout.

see all reviewsThis is a REAL place. I was nervous because of the other review saying it’s fake. It’s AT the church. There’s a small one story multi use building that overlooks the parking lot & the church’s courtyard and that’s where it is. There’s a lot of windows all around it. Ask around and someone guided me there (I had trouble too). The class was great I really enjoyed it…super super long (90mins). Starts with kinda like kickboxing warm up then stretches then Pilates poses. The poses and everything moved waaaaay too fast for me to really get a good burn or used a lot of momentum way more than I’m used to for how precise Pilates is but still was a great workout. It’s no frills, no mirrors, in a building that’s multi use for the church, and the people who go there have been going for years and years so I was the only new person. I will definitely go again ◡̈
