    10/10 for Heloise. banging playlist, great vibes and incredibly motivating. this class is hard, hard work but Heloise gets you there! the studio space is a bit small for how many attendees they ram in there. changing rooms and showers are lovely, clean and well equipped.

    Good class! Indija was really welcoming. Nice variety of exercises and weights. Room did get a bit stuffy towards the end. Fyi, a Classpass review said there was no hot water but there was hot water when I did the class.

    Went at 10am on a Friday. A large gym with good equipment. FYI the sauna/swimming area is through the showers (not sign posted so a bit confusing if your first time). Friendly front of house, towels provided but need to bring your own lock for lockers.
