It was a tough workout but Jennifer was amazing - super welcoming, demonstrated all the exercises, paid attention to correct form, gave options of varying challenging levels and really encouraging.

The facilities are spacious and the studios themselves are looked-after well and cleaned between classes. There is a great space to warm up as well as changing rooms available. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the overall experience at Danceworks is always amazing!
