see all reviewsGreat studio - clean, new, good branding, lights are a fun addition that helps to set a calming mood. It is hotter than I expected but may just be me! Instructor taught a nice flow that was challenging without feeling like I was going to die - perfect. Will be back!

see all reviewsSpartan experience in the best sense of the word. The premises were basic, but clean. The massage therapist was effective and the experience was far from “spa” like, but it was relaxing. Front desk was friendly and the appointment started and ended on time.

see all reviewsOne word: incredible!!! I’ve had many massages in my life but this one was extra special. Courtney knows what she’s doing! She has a great calming presence but strong hands to get out all of my knots. I felt like each area of my body got a great amount of time dedicated to it. The head / neck massage at the end was so perfect. I feel so relaxed. Will definitely be back!!!!! Parking is easy - there are spaces right out front and surrounding streets. The bed was warm and her music was relaxing.

see all reviewsI scheduled a massage via ClassPass and called them to confirm and they didn’t seem to know about it, and actually told me that ClassPass doesn’t integrate with their system and they didn’t actually have any availability for the day that I booked. So they booked me for a week later. Hopefully the massage will be good but the scheduling is frustrating.

see all reviewsDr. Ramirez does stellar work, genuinely caring for patients that come in. I recently sprained my ankle and he immediately knew what exactly was causing lingering pain and how to treat it. You can trust you’ll be in really good healing hands. After searching many places on ClassPass, I had a gut feeling this practice would be best for this sports injury. eternally grateful and thankful 🙏🏽🦋🩵🦋🩵🦋 thank you 😇😌🩰🛼

see all reviewsVery relaxing and slow-paced. This was in their large downstairs studio, which can be quite cold so be sure to wear layers (this is not a workout class, so you won’t be sweating or moving much). Also, since they don’t have curtains or blinds, there are sometimes a lot of noise and light pollution from the parking lot and street (pedestrians walking by and talking, car headlights, bus announcements, etc.)

see all reviewsI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!

see all reviewsThe class was great! The instructor was super nice and guided us perfectly. She also provided tea and essential oils. The session is outdoors so I would bring a sweater because it might get chilly. The location was difficult to find because it’s held at a residence but at least there was plenty of parking!
