A huge shoutout to Instructor May, who was incredibly supportive yet didn’t let us slack off for a second. She knew exactly when to push and when to encourage, and that made the whole experience feel empowering. Loved how every move felt purposeful and how it challenged muscles I didn’t even know existed.
