It was my first time doing endurance class and I enjoyed the challenge. Carissa was very friendly and encouraging during the class. I had to take more breaks as I was back at training after some time off. Premises were clean and I loved the shower facilities! Will definitely return to try other classes here :)

    Survival Kit: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Dropping this review as someone who started from Classpass and upgraded to their memberships. GI is needed for all BJJ classes except if it’s stated it’s No Gi. It was among my best decisions of 2024 to start going here. Really a good humbling place to start and I remembered being so welcomed by older belts. If it’s your first time, don’t hesitate, just come 🤍

    Muay Thai

Class went for the full 2 hours. Warm up included 10m skipping, dynamic stretches, technical drills with a partner. Each student has 3x rounds of 2-minute padwork with the trainer, followed by in-depth techniques, then sparring and quick stretching. The class was structured with a lot of guidance and correction from the trainers. I enjoyed it a lot, even as someone with years of experience. Thanks to the trainers Ice and another whose name I didn't catch for an excellent session - the best I've tried in Bangkok so far.

A small, humble studio — not like the big ones, but overall I’m satisfied. It feels more intimate, and the coach is really funny, knows how to interact, and makes everyone feel welcome, even if you're a first-timer. Definitely recommended for people to try!

    Muay Thai

I had never tried Muay Thai before, but I decided to give it a shot through a ClassPass class. I was really nervous when I walked into the center since it was such an unfamiliar experience. However, the coaching team was incredibly welcoming and greeted me with warm smiles. Overall, I enjoyed the session—especially since the coach from Thailand was excellent. The kicking and striking techniques were surprisingly stress-relieving!
