see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class for my rest day. It’s definitely low intensity but you feel the burn especially in legs. Instructor was strict on form (which I don’t mind at all! She was also very encouraging and would let you know when you’re going a good job—that balance matters!). I felt really comfortable in the class & got a good workout.
