see all reviewsPHENOMENAL class by Alyssa. I loved her energy and how expertly she explained our moves in each sequence. She frequently referenced modifications and advancements which made the entire workout accessible for all levels. It was challenging and humbling - I feel the burn already! I can’t wait to come back to her class for more!!

see all reviewsThe instructor was clearly educated on the body and how to given every part of it a workout. The room was surprisingly warm bc I had no clue I’d signed for hot flow, but within a couple minutes it felt very comfortable. His hip hop music and mentally challenging style will keep me coming back.

see all reviewsSuch a tough workout! The instructor was very kind and welcoming, and helped me with my technique. Lots to learn despite my having boxed for several months in the past. We actually boxed with one another. I’m very sore the next day.

see all reviewsStacy is an incredible instructor. Super motivating and always plays great music! I wasn’t sure how I felt about the leadership board- so I asked to be removed (you can do that!). However, I found the competition aspect quite fun! I would highly recommend her classes!

see all reviewsJose was a great instructor. Super enthusiastic and welcoming. I think this class is a good fit for anyone who isn’t looking for something too strenuous. There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.

see all reviewsLove that Emily explains the class and has all the equipment laid out and ready! The space is so clean, cozy, comfortable and peaceful. I love all the decor and variety of the sound instruments. Emily is very friendly. It’s my first sound bath class and I’d love to take the class again! Only thing (not Emily’s fault) is there’s a class next door and unfortunately, can hear everything so it made it hard to relax as I can hear the instructor next door over the sound baths. The class would’ve been perfect if the walls weren’t so thin!

see all reviewsReally relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.
