The instructor was so helpful with explaining, showing, and correcting form for different exercises and even helped me modify some moves to fit my lesser strengths on some exercises. Would love to go again sometime!

see all reviewsThis class is amazing! Both Melissa and Alejandra are exceptional teachers. The class is tough, but the workout is safe. I have a bad back and I am constantly worried I will injure it. But the teachers are attentive to posture and alignment and I've never faced an issue here. The equipment is clean, the center is orderly and there are only about 6 machines there. It's almost like one has a personal trainer.

see all reviewsIt’s the first megaformer class I liked in Madrid. First of all, first time teacher have asked if we have any injuries which is important. Second of all, teacher could do exercises herself and knew technique very well. Also she was correcting us, asking how do we feel and suggesting modifications. Definitely the place to go or in my case to come back when in Madrid.
