Nice gym! Plenty of cardio machines - more upstairs - and every weight lifting machine/ piece of equipment you could ask for. Clean locker rooms, Rituals products, fluffy towels. Bring a lock if you want to lock anything up!

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

    Boot Camp

This class is good. We don’t start right at 6pm which makes me feel good about being there on time. The circuit is a good mix of intense and easier stuff. It’s really what you make of it with doing the more challenging options that the instructor puts out.

Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

    Sunday Self-Defense & Fighting

Julie was super nice and welcoming! So were the other ppl in the class who were regulars. I was the only beginner but we still went over enough basics and techniques where I felt like both me and the regulars got something out of it. The structure was good. Slight warm up and then focus on form and technique, practicing them on partners. Will def come back!

Nicest Crunch in the city. I would say it’s just as nice as a few of the equinox’s I’ve been too. The locker rooms are spacious, nice products, good blow dryers and flat irons. They have a great spin bike where I can easily use my peleton app. Overall I’d come here over any of the other locations 100%

I absolutely LOVED this class! It's one of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken. It combined elements of toning/cardio/dance/ barre and never got boring. It was challenging but Jessica always kept an eye out for form and she is so sweet. I can't wait to take this class again!

It’s the only parkour class in my area. I relearned basics such as balance exercises, vaults, and cartwheels. We even played a fun game at the end called monkey castle! There are separate kids and adults classes, but we interacted with the kids during warm-ups and games.
