Muay Thai Kickboxing
see all reviewsGood class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

see all reviewsLoooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

see all reviewsJulie was super nice and welcoming! So were the other ppl in the class who were regulars. I was the only beginner but we still went over enough basics and techniques where I felt like both me and the regulars got something out of it. The structure was good. Slight warm up and then focus on form and technique, practicing them on partners. Will def come back!

see all reviewsI absolutely LOVED this class! It's one of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken. It combined elements of toning/cardio/dance/ barre and never got boring. It was challenging but Jessica always kept an eye out for form and she is so sweet. I can't wait to take this class again!

see all reviewsAwesome class and beautiful facility, made me feel like a total badass. The instructor helped me with my form a bunch as I was the only newbie in the class. She could have had a little more energy, as it's a really hardcore class but overall great experience and I can't wait to come back!!!! Don't forget a towel (oops)
