    This was my first time ever to Barry’s, and I had a great experience! Everyone at the front desk was SO nice and helpful. I’ve been avoiding going to Barry’s because I typically hate running, but they managed to make cardio more fun for me! Loved the instructor - his instructions were clear, easy to follow, and his energy was great. Loved the variety of music between trap and the Pussycat Dolls! The facility was immaculate, and I enjoyed having a nice place to take a shower afterwards. (Also loved the juice bar after class for a post-class protein smoothie!) I’d definitely try Barry’s again :)

    I liked it. I'd give it a 7-8/10 in terms of physical intensity. It was a small group (7 people) and I liked that a lot, and felt pretty welcoming and friendly. Then we proceeded to do groups of 4 sets of exercises - alternating between two exercises, 4 sets each, then do another set of 4-4, and ending with some core. I got pretty sweaty and definitely feel all the lunges and squats we did (I like that they have a stronger emphasis than most on those). Very nice facilities, bathroom was nice and they have a shower. The space is a little cramped but given the exercises we did it was fine. Overall had a fun experience getting a good workout.
