    Muay Thai Kickboxing

Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

    Tai Chi Exercise

Great traditional kung fu school with dedicated instructors. very convenient location near grand st b and d train in chinatown. tai chi class was relaxing and focused on flowing movements that left me feeling loose and at the same time more grounded.

    American Jiu Jitsu

This was a great class! Having done martial arts for over a decade I learned some cool new things. This isn’t exactly a workout so if you wanna sweat maybe try something else. But if you wanna learn some great self defense techniques take the class!

David’s very informative about his practice. His calm teaching style makes for a relaxing class. I’ve to practice the bow and arrow and owl poses!
