Cycle: Rhythm
see all reviewsLOVE!!!! I don’t live in LA but am here a lot for work and have been coming to this studio on and off since before it was Hype. I hadn’t even back since before the pandemic and Omg it’s gotten even better, they covered the windows and added clubby lighting and clip-in shoes and it’s such a vibe. Elizabeth had AWESOMe music and was so motivating through a tougher class than I expected! It was beat based but without crazy stupid choreography which I don’t like, but instead riding to the beat of songs through hills and sprints. Perfection!!!! Coming back asap.

see all reviewsAbsolutely fantastic. Tristan was so patient and helpful and this class was a blast. I’m not sure if recommend it for absolute beginners like me if it’s a full class, but luckily it was a really slow day and I got to go at my own absolute beginner pace.

see all reviewsLoved this class and will definitely be back! It’s so comforting to know the instructors are watching your form and correcting when needed. It’s a very warm environment, and even though there were only a couple of us in class, I felt very welcome. I also really liked the encouragement to go up in weight from the instructor, but never feeling pressured about it.

see all reviewsSo awesome! Visiting the area for the week and wanted to find some fun fitness classes nearby. They were continuing a routine they’d been practicing for a couple of weeks already and I messaged the teacher to ask if it was alright to come. If you’ve got experience dancing and don’t mind just getting stuck in, I’d say go for it, but if you’d rather start from the beginning then would suggest messaging the teacher to ask when they’re likely to start a new dance. It’s quite fast paced but everyone is super welcoming and friendly and supportive. Would definitely go regularly if I lived in the city.

see all reviewsThis was my first time visiting the gym and meeting Michael and I can definitely say I will be back. The gym is impeccably clean and thoughtfully put together with equipment for a full body workout session. While there I took an InBody metric scan which i had never had before but it let me know information about my body like, what percentage of my body is fat, water and muscle. This allowed Michael to tailor the workout and gave me a ton of information I had never had before. Michael was also very attentive and friendly asking me what my health goals are and introducing me to a free app where I can also start logging in my meals. After that the workout was great, we did 3 sets of a circuit of 7 different workouts and while doing them he coached me on posture, breathing and form. I think this is the best experience I’ve had during a HIIT session and with a trainer. Some other thoughtful perks is free towels and a water machine. Overall I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gym to everyone!

see all reviewsGreat full body workout! Love the way class progresses. Plenty of rest in between exercises while still being challenging. Not exactly “booty camp” because we didn’t to that many movements focused on the booty. It’s more like a HIIT class with a slight lower body focus. Similar to a CrossFit METCON or Burn class.
