One star off because of insane parking cost (free parking around, but super inconvenient and decently far when you’re trying to come in and out for an appointment and don’t have time to be there early) & because the facial experience could be better. Hand massage during led is great and led and Hydra machine awesome. However, for the same or less than what I pay using ClassPass credit I get the same plus high frequency, ultra sonic cleanse, double cleanse to start (with hot towels to rinse), steam the whole time, cream at the end & eye cream (my face feels nice, but that last step with massage is nicer), facial massage with every product, and LIP BALM & treatment PLUS a comfy heated bed and vibes music. To be clear, I do think this is a good facial because of the machine, LED, and the tech is very calming and sweet. I just feel I get a more sensationally thoughtful and deeper experience at a few other places I go. Some of these may be a lot to implement at a newer salon, but the lip balm + eye cream, double cleanse, hot towel rinses and cream with light massage when applied would be a stellar start.

Upon arrival I parked in the wrong parking lot and she notified me where I should park- allowing me the extra few minutes to do so. Parking lot entrance is right behind the clinic on Oak Knoll and has a row of spikes that has a gated exit, which she later on was able to use a tap card to open it so I can leave. She offered me some refreshments (coffee/water). I prompted for water as I’m on a coffee cleanse for the month, sadly. I scheduled for a Dermaplaning Facial and Brow Lamination. I was so amazed how swift the treatments were! I’ve only had Dermaplaning done two other times from another place that were both quite painful and irritating on my skin. Here, I did not experience that at all! As for the Brow Lami, I’ve had it done a handful of times that I never really enjoyed as the process burned and I never liked how block-y it came out to be. Not sure if my skin is just sensitive or Nozomi has great technique- perhaps BOTH?! This was such a pain-free pleasant session. I would definitely recommend to all my friends! Don’t be skeptical and just book now! :)

The only issue was that since it was a classpass booking, I wasn't in the system and they had to reschedule my original appointment. The email they sent with instructions went to my spam folder so i only saw a confirmation unfortunately. I recommend classpass people make the reservation a few days in advance and check your email for a link to sign into their system and make a booking. Or, for the owner, maybe there's a simpler way to do it that doesn't require extra booking process? Overall, it was a minor inconvenience on my end and I had a great experience and left with a squeaky clean scalp and freshly blow dried hair. I'd 100% come back again and will be recommending this cool experience to friends 😊
