see all reviewsIt was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!

see all reviewsWil was a very fun instructor, love his moonshine tips 😹 the class itself is marked beginner, but a lot of non-begginers showed up. So it was a little less attention than I would've liked, it being my first time on the silks. Not the instructor's fault, but I do feel like the beginners should take priority in their own class!

see all reviewsLove the instructor, Melissa C makes the class extra fun and is really good with beginners/first timers. Even though it's impossible to get the basics down right away she still makes sure you get up in the hoop, have fun and feel accomplished. Plus the warm up is great for former dancers and gymnasts. I finally feel like my body is getting the conditioning I've been missing out on in yoga and pilates. Great vibe from teachers and students alike. Highly recommend this gym!

see all reviewsSuper fun class as a first timer! Sally subbed today and was very sweet and gave clear instructions on how to do each move. Class was about 20 min warm up, 30 min learning steps of a trick and putting it together, then 10 min cool down. Might get slightly dizzy or nauseous if you get motion sick easily!

see all reviewsLenise is a true professional and a very positive instructor. She guided us through a wonderfully planned Pilates flow on the reformer that was sequined well together and ended class on the mat. I left feeling strong, confident and grounded. The exercises we did were challenging and I enjoyed that we moved on quickly to the next one to not leave us feeling to fatigued. I also loved her choice in music, no words and just beats which helps us keep the tempo with our movements without being distracting with lyrics. I am excited to come back and try more classes here.
