Infrared Hot Flow - All Levels
see all reviewsThis was a beautiful Sunday morning class which really pushed the boundaries of my practice as a beginner. It’s open to all levels and the instructor respects your pace in class. Grace was so kind to take the time to correct poses and she offered modifications to those who are more advanced in their practice. This is an intermediate class for sure and the room was so hot all the way til the end so be prepared. Definitely have a small meal prior and stay hydrated through out!

see all reviewsLove coming to this breathwork class. If you’re new and on the fence, just try it. It might be a little weird at first because it is a small group where everyone seems to already know eachother and banter a lot (some do some don’t). Also, you’re breathing loudly in a group setting so it may feel distracting and hard to focus at first, but that’s the point is to practice being present despite the distractions!

see all reviewsI really miss the Tuesday night class with JiYeong. It was super challenging and I loved it. I like the classes here but I’m not sure I can keep coming with the changing schedules since I work full time. I will keep coming back as long as I can make it work with my schedule.

Stretch & Restore
see all reviewsThe instructor was so sweet and helpful the class was just what I was looking for and really helped a mind establish a mind body connection and an awareness of the space your body occupies. Small class and there were adjustments available for all levels!

see all reviewsThe instructor was super helpful, nice, encouraging, and helped adjust form and showed us how to do the moves before we did them. She also did some of the exercises with us which helped. Since I have hip problems she gave me some modified exercises and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. The studio is in a large space and can fit quite a few people. Mats and accessories included. The studio is located in a big brown medical looking building and has no large sign outside except on the door. There is plenty of parking (I went at 6pm) and they were very forgiving about being slightly late. Just make sure to get there early to sign the waiver form (takes a minute or less to fill out). Music was nice and relaxing. For mat Pilates we did a lot of abs and glute exercises. Will definitely come again!

Our studio is the only exclusively Iyengar Yoga facility in the Los Angeles area…Yoga Postures, Breathwork and Meditation
see all reviewsIt is VERY different from many other yoga studios that focus on poses and movement. This studio is the only studio I’ve learned the 8 limbs of yoga—movement being only one portion. I think it’s important to come to this studio knowing that because it might be off putting of just a bit surprising to go into the class thinking it’s it’s a movement sequence when it’s also deeply meditative and the other aspects of yoga are included. I will definitely be coming back to learn more about yoga ☺️🙏

see all reviewsThis class was very intimate and helpful for relaxing and building confidence. At first I was a little bit concerned that I wasn’t advanced enough, but Vanessa’s corrections were given kindly and empathetically. It was a little faster paced than other yoga classes I’ve been to, but I think it was because it was intermediate rather than beginner. I appreciate the way that she explained which body parts were being engaged, and made me excited to want to get better and stronger.
