    This is a great all round workout, effective for all the muscles in your body and Momentum Training has a very friendly environment, making you feel at ease and pushing yourself to do better all the time. The teacher wasnt who it said it would be! It was a Lady named Claudia and she was very helpful an pleasant.

    Great circuit class, however, no-one asks if you have an injury which is fine for me, I know how far I can go and what to switch up but it got frustrating to be repeatedly told to work harder by different trainers when Im rehabbing an injury. No-one is at the desk as you come in to tell and as Im new I dont know who the trainers are until it starts and then its immediately go go go for 60 minutes so its hard to but in to give any heads up. Injury aside its a great place, great workout, great energy and nice people and I do recommend

    Really great space, a large variety of equipment (lots of weight and resistance, ellipticals, bikes, 2 rowing machienes, stairclimber abd many others. It wasn't too busy but definitely had aome people even at unusual times of day (3:30-5pm on a Monday). Staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

    VINYASA FLOW YOGA

    The teacher was really nice..there were lots of abilities in the class but she catered for everyone. The sequence was one of the nicest sequences I’ve done in a long time..I really enjoyed the class in terms of the asana but she also gave enough mindfulness to come away feeling super relaxed with that yoga buzz. The studio and mats were of good quality, would definitely return.

    Love the classes here, coaches are really friendly/-approachable/knowledgable and have a lot of time to help with your form/progression and it’s completely beginner friendly which doesn’t make you feel out of place. Really clean, modern changing rooms with all necessities you need, towels available. Good selection of snacks and drinks to purchase for after a work out too
