see all reviewsAmazing infrared sauna experience! The room is beautifully equipped and modern, I was able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna and listen to my meditation. You can choose the light as well depending on your healing objective. Water and electrolytes to hydrate afterwards with en suite shower and fluffy towels. I felt amazing afterwards, with a healthy glow! The staff is amazing especially Emma who was super kind and accommodating. I will be back and strongly recommend 🤩
