see all reviewsJon’s class was fantastic! The pace was great and as a beginner I felt very welcomed in the space. The flow was good and we had the space to rest or modify if needed. The class had a great balance of a challenge with the heat and a peaceful atmosphere with the music and Jon’s calming and motivational words. The studio space itself is spacious and nicely equipped with everything you need. I would deffo come back again!

see all reviewsOverall I enjoyed the class and it was a good workout. However the instruction was rather dogmatic, with people (including myself) being told we were ‘doing it wrong’. Puts a downer on a practice which is meant to be accepting and somewhat adapted to the individual.

see all reviewsAmazing class! One of the best I’ve tried so far on ClassPass. It is a full body work out that is functional and just the right amount of tough. You’re not just sweating, but getting stronger. Ben is a very clear, succinct and helpful instructor, and really appreciate that he corrects your form if it’s off! Thank you so much Ben!!

see all reviewsThe instructor was very good, I was scared to try this for the first time but have to say it was a great experience. I definitely would say it’s an adjustment for the body but the room is very nice and organized. The class is focused on being mind body and soul connected and naturally the asanas are not strenuous and not the same as a regular class.

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
