see all reviewsStaff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

see all reviewsI loved this class so much. It invited me to explore and be playful with the way I move my body and was really focusing on the feeling rather than the look. Feeling inspired, thank you!✨ also Kate is rather hilarious

see all reviewsI signed up for this class not realising it was for people with intermediate boxing experience. 2 of us went together and the instructor was so helpful and welcoming and made the class really accessible for someone who didn’t have the experience. He made it really fun and was encouraging, helpful with form and ensuring the class wasn’t intimidating for us which made the experience so enjoyable. I would recommend only doing this class if you are intermediate or have someone you are comfortable with, as I’m not sure how I would have felt going alone, and make sure you bring straps or you have to buy them. Going forward I’d probably do a more beginner class. Overall though the experience was great and I can’t fault it. There’s also a sauna in there which I wish I had time to enjoy this time!

see all reviewsExcellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
